If I’m not mistaken it’s both a celebratory and promotional thing since the One Piece manga passed 300 million sold copies a little time ago (and is, apparently, also free to read at the moment if I got the message right).

So now I’m wondering about “native content,” because Anthony Bourdain’s show featured Manga prominently the other night. Coincidence? Never heard of it before.
