Campaign Outsider 
Isn’t that basically a map of those countries of the world that respect the intellectual property in of Facebook and those that allow theft of the intellectual property in a derivative product?
My understanding is that there is a Russian facebook clone that stole all the code/design from Facebook and operates independently. I’m not sure about China, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they had a similar situation (or state censorship of Facebook).
