No Apology To Mitt Romney?

From a Sunday Boston Globe piece on former governor Mitt Romney headlined:

Good news:

Romney is in the midst of a national tour to promote “No Apology,’’ which is at the top of today’s New York Times bestseller list for nonfiction books.

Bad news: Romney’s book is nowhere to be found on the Globe’s Local Bestsellers list for nonfiction books.

IIRC, the Globe list is based on reports from local, mostly independent, booksellers in the Boston area — this is about individual purchasers buying individual copies of these books. Meanwhile, the NYT list includes bulk sales, which may be why Romney’s book is up at the top of the list — his campaign buying up lots of copies to give to donors?

    Paul:
That could very well be so. At the very least, the Globe list is based on his sales in the area, not any politically slanted effort on their part to diss Romney.
