Local ad agency Connelly Partners seems to have pegged its image to what it doesn’t achieve. (Latest loss the hardsearching staff could find here.) From the agency’s blog:

    As someone that actually hires an advertising agency, as opposed to analyzing intent, I find the Connelly Ads refreshing. Not to lapse into social commentary but these are refreshingly self-deprecating, witty and non-traditional – coming at time when agencies are all too often lionized for churning out mindless drivel.
