From the Sunday New York Times:
The At the Table column in some editions last Sunday about Brooklyn Crab, in the Red Hook neighborhood, misstated the serving size of steamed King Crab legs that customers get for $48. It is 1 1/2 pounds, not half a pound.
Okay.
That’s good to know.
Thank heavens.
And, I thought is was just a bad year on Deadliest Catch!
You can get the Deadliest Catch at The Barking Crab for way less than $48. If you’re not careful.
Anyway, thank goodness it’s only $36 a pound for frozen crab. As opposed to live lobsters from Hook for $6.99 a pound.
Correction – Mrs. Mickey says it’s $8.99 a pound now. She Hooks, I cooks.
