The Noo Yawk Times saw fit to run a prominently-featured story Tuesday 09/28, on EMPTY BASEBALL PARKS IN CITIES WITH COMPETITIVE TEAMS! Gee, imagine people finding something better to do with their free time and disposable incomes than watching overpaid “athletes” grab themselves and spit.

During the course of this morning (Wednesday), I listened to three stations: WBUR, WTKK’s Jim and Marjoram”, and WWZN-AM 1510. On one of them, I really can’t recall which, it was mentioned that the Yankees have now figured into the post season about 14 of the past 15 years. This would be BAD for any league! MLB is not run properly with enforceable rules.
It’s 15 of 16, but why get technical about it?
