		<description><![CDATA[Okay, so Pagliuca is talking about a new stimulus bill and is asked how he&#039;d pay for it and he replies it&#039;s like Willie Sutton said he robs banks because that&#039;s where the money is so Pagliuca says he&#039;d tax the rich because that&#039;s where the money is.
Then Coakley says, maybe we should just rob the banks.
