		<description><![CDATA[I thought Flaherty came off as very arrogant and elitist.  He was disrespectful to those asking him questions and he was disrespectful to the people in the city who voted for the Mayor.  Whether or not you agree with what Menino has done (which I for the record do agree that he has been the most proactive and progressive Mayor Boston as every seen)...the way for Flaherty to prove he can run and inclusive government is not to alienate people who support the Mayor --  the Menino administration works for everyone in the city.  It seems like a Flaherty administration would only work for those who support him (like the 60% of Boston firefighters who live outside of Boston).]]></description>
